Article 15.15: Failure to return or delay the return of budgetary credit

1. Non-refund of budgetary credit granted to the budget of the Russian Federation — carries an administrative fine of between 20,000 and 5 days for officials 2. Failure to repay the budgetary credit granted to a legal person shall be subject to an administrative fine of between 20,000 and 50,000. 3. Refund of the budget credit from 5 to 25 per cent of the amount of the budgetary credit not transferred within the specified period to the budgets of the budget system of the Russian Federation. the budget of the budget system of the Russian Federation, in violation of the period of return, carries with it an administrative fine of between 10,000 and 30 tons for officials. 4. Refund of the budgetary credit granted to a legal person in violation of the period of return shall be subject to an administrative fine of between 10,000 and 1,000 roubles. A total of 30,000 roubles; for legal persons, between 2 and 12 per cent of the amount of the budgetary credit not transferred within the prescribed period to the budgets of the budget system of the Russian Federation.
