Article 15.15.5-1: Failure to perform a public (municipal) task

1. Failure to perform a public (municipal) task shall entail a warning or an administrative fine of between 100 and 1,000 rubles for officials. The administrative offence provided for in this article is punishable by an administrative fine of between 10,000 and 30,000 rubles for officials.
