Article 15.15.11: Violations of the timing of the allocation, withdrawal or delivery of budgetary appropriations and (or) limits of budgetary obligations

Untimely allocation, withdrawal or transfer to the managers or recipients of budgetary allocations and (or) limits of budgetary obligations would impose administrative penalties. A fine of between 10,000 and 30,000 roubles was imposed on officials.
