Article 15.20: Obstruction of securities rights

Obstruction by the issuer, the equity investment fund, the manager of the equity investment fund, the equity investment fund or the non-State pension fund or l the holder of the register of owners of securities, the exercise of the rights certified by the securities, except in the cases provided for in article 15.23.1, paragraphs 1, 2, 2, 5, 10 The Code imposes an administrative fine on citizens of between 2,000 and 4,000 rubles; on officials of between 20,000 and 30,000 rubles; and on legal persons of the same kind.
