Article 16.11 Destruction, removal, modification or replacement of means of identification

The destruction, removal, modification or replacement of means of identification used by Customs without the authorization of the Customs authority, or the damage or loss of such means of identification, entails: Prevention or imposition of an administrative fine on citizens of between three hundred and one thousand roubles; on officials of between five hundred and two thousand roubles; on legal persons of between five thousand roubles Up to 20,000 rubles.
