Article 16.14: Infringement of the order in which the goods are kept, the manner in which they are kept or the manner in which they are dealt with

Violation of the requirements and conditions for placing goods in a customs warehouse, a temporary storage warehouse, another temporary storage facility or a free warehouse, its storage or order to carry out operations without the authorization of the Customs authority in cases where such authorization is mandatory, except as provided for by other Customs authorities.
