Article 17.1. Failure to comply with the legitimate requirements of a senator of the Russian Federation or a deputy of the State Duma

1. Non-compliance by an official of a State body, local self-government body, organization or social association with the legitimate demands of a senator of the Russian Federation or deputy of Gosu 2. Failure by an official to comply with the provisions of the Convention shall be liable to an administrative fine of between 2,000 and 3,000 roubles. The time limits set for the provision of information (documents, materials, replies to communications) to the senator of the Russian Federation or to a deputy of the State Duma involve the imposition of an administrative bar. It’s one thousand to two thousand rubles.
