Article 18.11: Infringement of immigration regulations

1. Refusal of an immigrant from the immigration control provided for in the legislation of the Russian Federation, identification of identity, residence in a temporary detention centre or in the centre of the district the location of immigrants or in a place designated by the territorial authority of the Federal Executive Authority exercising federal State control (oversight) in the sphere of migration for temporary stay, as well as violation of the rules of residence in the designated places, or evasion of information or incorrect information at the time of determination of the status of imm in the Russian Federation — carries an administrative fine of between 2,000 and 4,000 rubles with or without administrative expulsion from the Russian Federation 2. Failure or late submission at the request of the Federal Executive Authority exercising federal control (oversight) in the area of migration, or of documents or information on foreign nationals or stateless persons in respect of which the Immig is responsible under Russian legislation The nutritional control provided for in the legislation of the Russian Federation is punishable by an administrative fine of between 2,000 and 4,000 rubles for citizens; — Between 40,000 and 50,000 rubles; for legal persons between 400 thousand and 500 thousand rubles.
