Article 19.2. Intentional damage or breakage of the seal(s)

Deliberate damage to or breakdown of the seal(s) imposed by the competent official, except in the cases provided for in article 11.15, paragraph 2, of article 16.11 of the present Code, shall entail a warning. Prior or administrative fines of between 100 and 300 rubles for citizens; for officials of between 300 and 500 rubles.
