Article 19.5.3: Failure to comply with the regulation of the Federal Security Service, the external intelligence agency of the Russian Federation, the State security agency and the police on access to information systems and (or) databases

Failure or improper execution by the owner of the information system and/or database of a legal order of a federal security agency, an external intelligence agency of the Russian Federation and, the State Guard or the Police on the provision of access to information systems and (or) databases for the processing of personal data contained therein, or for inclusion in information systems system and (or) database of previously unrecorded personal data of members of the federal security services, the external intelligence agencies of the Russian Federation, the State security agencies, of internal affairs, State security facilities and members of their families, persons who have provided or assisted the said authorities on a confidential basis, persons against whom Public protection measures are punishable by an administrative fine of between 50,000 and 70 000 roubles for citizens; and 70 000 for individual entrepreneurs. Up to 100,000 rubles; for legal persons, from three hundred thousand to five hundred thousand rubles.
