Article 19.11: Disruption of the procedure for the manufacture, use, storage or destruction of forms, seals or other images of the State coat of arms of the Russian Federation

1. Violation of the procedure for the manufacture, use, storage or destruction of forms, seals or other images of the State coat of arms of the Russian Federation entails the imposition of administrative penalties 2. The repeated commission of an administrative offence provided for in paragraph 1 of this article shall entail the imposition of an administrative penalty of one thousand to three thousand roubles. A fine of between 3,000 and 5,000 rubles with or without confiscation of the instruments for the commission of an administrative offence.
