Article 20.18: Freezing of transport communications

Organization of the blockage, as well as active participation in the blocking of transport communications, except in the cases provided for in article 20.2, paragraph 3, of the present Code, if such action Twiya does not contain a criminal offence, is liable to an administrative fine of between 50,000 and 100,000 rubles or to compulsory work for up to 100 hours; Public officials, ranging from one hundred and fifty thousand to three hundred thousand rubles; legal persons, ranging from two hundred fifty thousand to fifty thousand rubles.
