Article 20.27: Violations of the legal regime for counter-terrorism operations

1. Non-compliance with the legitimate demand of an official of the Federal Security Service for compliance with the measures and time limits imposed on the territory (site) within which (a) The establishment of a legal regime for counter-terrorism operations; the imposition of an administrative fine of up to 500 rubles on citizens; and the imposition of a fine of between 1,000 and 3,000 rupees on officials; 2. Unauthorised entry or attempted entry into the territory(s) within which the right of entry is established. 3. Obstruction of counter-terrorism opa Radios are liable to an administrative fine of between 1,000 and 2,000 rubles or to administrative arrest for up to 15 days; officials are liable to between 3,000 rubles. 4. Violation by the editor-in-chief, the media Information, broadcasting and (or) radio broadcasting, or other organization producing or disseminating the mass media as prescribed by the law on Media coverage of the counter-terrorism operation is subject to an administrative fine of between 500 and 2,000 rubles for citizens; One thousand to five thousand rubles; for legal persons between 30,000 and 100,000 rubles.
