Article 23.8 Customs authorities

1. The Customs authority shall deal with administrative offences provided for in article 11.27 (in respect of international road transport of goods) of article 11.29 (in respect of carriage of goods by road). International road transport of goods), articles 12.21.1 (in respect of international road transport), paragraphs 1.4 to 6.12 and 13 (in respect of the implementation of article 12.21.2 (in respect of the implementation of article 12.2.1) International road transport of dangerous goods without special authorization), articles 12.21.5 (in respect of international road transport), parts 2 and 4 of article 12.25, parts 1 and 3 and 16.1, articles 16.2 to 16.24,19.7.13, part 1 of article 20.25 (with regard to non-payment of an administrative fine for an administrative offence under article 11.27 or 11.29, part 1) 4, 5, 6, 12 or 13 of article 12.21.1, paragraph 1 of article 12.21.2, article 12.21.5, paragraph 2 or 4 of article 12.25 of this Code, committed on a vehicle registered in a foreign country 2. The head of a federal body may execute administrative offences on behalf of the bodies referred to in Part 1 of this Article. Under-Secretary of State for Customs Affairs; (1.1) Head of the structural unit of the federal executive authority authorized in the field of customs on the case, its deputies; (2) the heads of the regional customs offices, their deputies; (3) the heads of customs, their deputies; (4) the heads of customs posts and their deputies on administrative matters. (5) Other customs officials authorized to carry out customs controls, other types of State control I, the detection and suppression of administrative offences, the conduct of administrative offences proceedings, the administrative offences provided for in article 11.27, Article 12.25, part 2 and 4, part 3 of article 16.1, articles 16.3, 16.5, 16.6, 16.8, 16.10, 16.11, part 4 of article 16.12, articles 16.13 to 16.15, part 1 of article 16.18, part 3 of article 16.19 of the present Code, in the case provided for in article 28.6, paragraph 1, of the present Code.
