Article 23.10: Border authorities

1. Border authorities shall deal with administrative offences provided for in article 7.2, paragraph 2 (on destruction or damage to special information signs defining boundaries). :: Coastal protection strips and water protection zones of the inland sea and territorial sea of the Russian Federation, as well as signs to be installed by users of the animal world or authorized (e.g. by the authorities responsible for protecting, controlling and regulating the use of animal and habitat objects, buildings and other structures owned by the specified users and authorities) Art. 7.11, arts. 8.16 — 8.20, 8.33.8.35, art. 8.37, para. 2, arts. 8.38.11.7 concerning the violation of the rules of navigation in the North Sea Area), 18.1 — 18.7, 18.14, art. 2 Article 19.12 (in respect of administrative offences involving objects taken out of circulation) of this Code. 2. x On behalf of the bodies referred to in part 1 of this article, the following are entitled: (1) Head of the Federal Executive ' s security administration, deputy officers; (2) Head of the Subpart in the field of border guards and marine biological resources, the Federal Executive ' s structural unit in the field of securityc (i) their deputies; (3) the heads of their offices, their deputies; (4) the heads of their services and units, their deputies; (5) the heads of State Maritime Inspections, the State Specialized Insp Specialized divisions (offices) and their deputies; (6) Senior State inspectors of the Russian Federation for State control In the area of protection of marine biological resources; (7) Heads of Divisions, Commanders of Border Commands, Heads of Border Control Units, Deputy Directors; (8) Chiefs of State State inspectors; (9) State inspectors of the Russian Federation for State control of the protection of marine biological resources; (10) teams (c) Border vessels (cats), border patrol vessels (cats), 11) border guards, divisions, radio and border posts, their deputies, 12) State Russian Federation field inspectors for State control of marine biological resources; 13) heads of procedural activity units and deputy officers 3. Cases of administrative offences under articles 8.17 to 8.20, part 2 19.4 of the present Code shall examine the officials referred to in paragraphs 1 to 9.12.13 of part 2 of this article.
