Article 23.22: Organizations responsible for State supervision of geological exploration, rational use and protection of the subsoil

1. The bodies responsible for State supervision of geological research, rational use and protection of the subsoil shall deal with administrative offences provided for in part 2 Article 7.2 (in relation to the destruction or damage to boreholes of the State-owned observation network, observation halls on water bodies, markers), article 7.3, article 7.4. With regard to the development of mineral areas without special authorization), article 7.10 (in respect of the autonomous assignment of the right to use sub-surface areas), article 8.5 (in respect of concealment or distortion) 8.9, art. 8.10, para. 1, art. 8.11, art. 8.13, para. 1 (in relation to violation of the water protection regime at groundwater catchments), art. 8.17, para. 1 (in respect of violation of the terms of the licence for regional geological research, geological research, prospecting, exploration and exploitation of mineral resources, as well as requirements for the safe conduct of the plant) and exploitation of the mineral resources of inland seas, the territorial sea, the continental shelf and (or) the exclusive economic zone of the Russian Federation), article 8.18 (per hour) Article 8.19, article 8.20 (in relation to the illegal transfer of mineral resources) of this Code. The following persons are entitled, within the limits of their powers, to destroy on behalf of the bodies referred to in part 1 of this article: (1) the Chief Inspector of State of the Russian Federation in the field of environmental protection, for his or her own right: (2) Senior State inspectors of the Russian Federation in the field of environmental protection; 2.1) State inspectors of the Russian Federation in the field of environmental protection; (3) g State inspectors of the Russian Federation in the field of environmental protection in their area of activity, deputy inspectors; (4) senior State inspectors of the Russian Federation in the provinces and environmental protection in its area of activity; (5) Chief State inspectors in the field of environmental protection in the area of activity of the respective urban, inter-district, regional or sub-regional areas :: Protection structures within the territorial bodies of the federal executive body responsible for environmental protection, their deputies; (6) the main State inspectors 7. Senior State inspectors of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the field of environmental protection; The Russian Federation ' s natural inspectors in the field of environmental protection.
