Article 23.26. Organizations of the executive branch of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation carrying out federal State supervision in the field of the protection, reproduction and use of animal objects and of their habitat

1. The executive bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation carrying out federal State supervision in the field of the protection, reproduction and use of animal objects and their environment Cases of administrative offences provided for in article 7.2, paragraph 2 (on destruction or damage to signs designated by animal users, organs, wasps) Federal State supervision of the protection, reproduction and use of animal and habitat objects, buildings and other structures belonging to the said field Callers and authorities, with the exception of administrative offences committed in specially protected natural territories, article 7.11 (except for administrative offences) Article 8.33 (except for administrative offences committed in specially protected natural Territo) Article 8.34 on administrative offences committed with biological collections containing animal objects, with the exception of administrative offences committed with regard to (except for administrative offences committed in specially protected natural territories), article 8.36 (except for administrative offences committed in specially protected natural territories) of offences committed in specially protected natural territories), article 8.37, part 1.1, except for administrative offences committed in specially protected natural territories 2. To deal with administrative offences committed in specially protected natural territories. On behalf of the bodies referred to in part 1 of this article, the heads of the executive bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation carrying out federal State supervision of the territory of the Russian Federation may: Protection, reproduction and use of animal objects and their habitat, by their deputies; (2) heads of the structural units of the executive bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation Federations exercising federal State oversight over the protection, reproduction and use of animal and habitat sites are their deputies.
