Article 23.56. Organizations carrying out State construction supervision

1. The State building supervision authorities shall hear administrative offences under articles 9.4.9.5 of article 9.5.1 (insofar as administrative offences are concerned). 2. To deal with cases involving the administration of justice, article 9.16, paragraph 3, article 14.44 of the present Code. 1. The head of the federal executive body exercising the powers of the Federal Republic of Germany shall, within the limits of his powers, be entitled to: Judicial construction supervision, its deputies; (2) the heads of the structures of the federal executive branch, which carries out the federal state building building operations (3) the heads of the territorial bodies of the federal executive body responsible for federal State construction supervision, their deputies; (4) and the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation carrying out regional State construction supervision, their deputies; (5) ceased to be in force after thirty days after the day of the tenth session of the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women.
