Article 23.78. The federal executive body responsible for monitoring foreign investment in the Russian Federation

1. The Federal Executive Authority, which is responsible for monitoring foreign investment in the Russian Federation, deals with administrative matters 2. The head of the Fede may hear administrative offences on behalf of the body referred to in part 1 of this article. His deputies were authorized to carry out the functions of monitoring foreign investment in the Russian Federation.
