Article 23.95. Federal executive body responsible for monitoring and supervising environmental management

1. The Federal Executive, which is responsible for monitoring and supervising environmental management, deals with administrative offences provided for in article 8.52 2. To deal with administrative offences on behalf of a body designated in part one of this Code. (1) The head of the federal executive body responsible for monitoring and supervising environmental management may, within the limits of its powers, be its deputies; (2) The heads of the units of the federal executive branch responsible for environmental management monitoring and supervision, their deputies; (3) the leaders of the Territ :: Deputy Chiefs of Divisions, Deputy Chiefs of Divisions and Deputy Directors of the Federal Executive Office responsible for monitoring and supervising environmental management Other officials of the territorial bodies of the federal executive branch responsible for monitoring and supervising environmental management.
