Article 26.5 Sampling and sampling

1. An official conducting proceedings in an administrative offence case is entitled to take samples of handwriting, samples and samples of goods and other items necessary for the conduct of expert examinations. 2. If necessary, photographs, films, video recordings, other established methods of recording evidence shall be used for sampling and sampling. 3. The protocol provided for in article 27.10 of the present Code shall be drawn up.
