Article 26.8 Evidence of special technical equipment

1. Special equipment means instruments approved in accordance with established procedure as means of measurement with relevant certificates and metropolises. 2. The testimony of special technical means shall be recorded in the administrative offence report or the decision in the administrative offence case entered in the conference room. In accordance with the provisions of article 28.6 of the present Code, i.e. the tea provided for in article 28.6 of the Code.
