Article 27.4 Protocol on Administrative Detention

1. A record shall be drawn up of the administrative detention, indicating the date and place of its preparation, the position, the name and initials of the person who drafted the report, the identity of the person detained, the offence 2. The administrative detention protocol shall be signed by the official who drafted it and the detainee. A copy of the administrative detention report shall be handed to the detainee at his request.
