Article 30.15: Reception of a complaint, protest against an enforceable decision in the administrative offence case, decision on the outcome of a complaint, protest
1. On the admission of a complaint, on the protest of an administrative offence decision that has entered into force, on the outcome of a complaint, on the appeal of a judge 2. A judge who has taken up a complaint, an appeal against an enforceable decision in an administrative offence case, a decision on the outcome of a complaint, must notify the person against whom the administrative offence is being prosecuted, as well as the victim of the complaint, the presentation of the protest and the provision of such information. 3. If a complaint is lodged, the complaint is lodged in violation of the requirements of article 30.14 of article 4 of the Covenant. 30.16 of the present Code, the complaint in question, shall be returned to the complainant and to the public prosecutor who lodged the complaint.
