Article 1.4: Principle of equality before the law

1. Persons who have committed administrative offences shall be equal before the law; natural persons shall be subject to administrative liability irrespective of sex, race, nationality, language, origin, Imu Legal persons are subject to administration. 2. Special conditions for the application of security measures in the Hell case :: Ministerial offences and the administrative prosecution of officials performing certain public functions (parliament, judges, prosecutors, investigators) 3. Special conditions for the application of administrative liability measures in respect of non-governmental organizations (i.e. the Committee of the Russian Federation and other persons) are established by the Constitution of the Russian Federation and federal laws. E-business organizations and small and medium-sized business entities of persons engaged in entrepreneurial activities without the establishment of a legal person and legal persons as well as the directors and other employees of the said legal persons who have committed administrative offences in connection with the performance of organizational, administrative or administrative duties. The functions (hereinafter referred to as their employees) are defined by this Code.
