Article 10.13: Violations of the rules governing the keeping of records of agricultural seeds

Violation of the rules on record-keeping of agricultural seeds or the introduction of incorrect information on seed varieties and crop qualities is a warning or an infestation of hell. A ministerial fine of between 100 and 300 roubles for citizens; 300 to 500 roubles for officials; and 3,000 to 5,000 roubles for legal entities.
