Article 11.11 — Violations of the rules for loading and unloading vessels

Violation of the rules for loading and unloading vessels, including small vessels, is punishable by an administrative fine of between 300 and 500 roubles for citizens; and from 500 to 500 roubles for officials. One thousand rubles; for legal persons, 5,000 to 10,000 rubles.
