Article 11.4 Violations of the rules governing the use of airspace

1. A violation by a user of the airspace of federal airspace regulations, if the act does not constitute a criminal offence, entails the imposition of an administrative offence. A fine of between 20,000 and 50,000 roubles for citizens; between 100,000 and one hundred and fifty thousand roubles for officials; and between two hundred and fifty thousand and three for legal entities. 2. Violations of the rules governing the use of airspace by persons not assigned to the prescribed procedure the right to engage in activities involving the use of airspace, if the act does not contain a criminal offence, shall be subject to an administrative fine against citizens in p. 30 thousand to 50,000 rubles; for officials between 50,000 and 100,000 rubles; for legal persons between 300,000 and 500 thousand rubles; or for administrative officials, between 300,000 and 500 thousand rubles. and suspension of activities for up to 90 days.
