Article 12.10: Violations of railway traffic regulations

1. Crossing of a railway track outside a level crossing, crossing a railway crossing at a closed or closing barrier or at a prohibitory traffic light or traffic control train (locomotive, Dressine) approaching the crossing, or stopping or parking at a level crossing, or passing through an unregulated level crossing, if the train (locomotive, dresine) is approaching the crossing within visibility. 2. Infringement of the rules of transit through the iron and steel system 3. An administrative fine of 5,000 roubles shall be imposed except in the cases provided for in paragraph 1 of this article. The offence referred to in paragraph 1 of this article results in the deprivation of the right to drive a vehicle for a period of one year.
