Article 12.32 Tolerance to driving of a driver in a state of intoxication or unauthorized driving

Allowing a driver to drive when intoxicated or not entitled to drive is subject to an administrative fine. The number of persons responsible for the technical condition and operation of vehicles in the amount of 20,000 roubles; for legal persons in the amount of 100,000 roubles. Applications under this article shall be subject to administrative liability as legal persons by persons engaged in business activities without the establishment of a legal person.
