Article 13.12: Violations of the rules for the protection of information

1. Violation of the terms of the licence to carry out information-protection activities (except for information that constitutes a State secret) is subject to the imposition of an Administering Minister ' s duties. 1 to 1 500 roubles for citizens; 1 500 to 2 000 500 roubles for officials; 15,000 roubles for legal entities 2.
