Article 13.14.1. Illegal receipt of information with restricted access

Information obtained by any illegal means restricted by federal law, except in the cases provided for in article 13.11, paragraphs 1 and 2, article 14.29, part 5 15.19, part 2 of article 17.13 of the present Code, if these acts do not constitute a criminal offence, shall incur an administrative fine of 5,000 d. Ten thousand rubles; for officials between 40,000 and 50,000 rubles or disqualification for up to three years; for legal persons between 100,000 and 200,000 rubles.
