Article 13.19.2: Non-displacement of information, incomplete posting of information or incorrect information in the State housing and public information system

1. Non-displacement of information in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the State information system for housing and public utilities or violation of established legislation of the Russian Federation in the order, manner and (or) timing of the posting of information, or the placement of incorrect information by a person who is the administrator — A warning or an administrative fine of between 3,000 and 5,000 rubles for individuals; and between 5,000 and 10,000 rubles for officials 2. Non-displacement of information in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the State information system for housing and public utilities or violation of established legislation by the Russian Federation of the order, manner and (or) timing of the posting of information, or the incomplete posting of information, or the placement of incorrect information by local authorities by persons supplying the resources necessary for the provision of utilities, utilities and (or) multi-quarterly management activities by run-houses, other organizations which are obliged by the legal acts of the Russian Federation to place information in the State information system on housing and public utilities 3. The commission of an administrative offence is punishable by a penalty of between 5,000 and 10,000 roubles. 1 and 2 of this article, an official who has previously been administratively punished for a similar administrative offence shall be liable to an administrative fine in Note: For the administrative offences provided for in this article, persons engaged in business activities without a permit The claims of a legal person are subject to administrative liability as legal persons.
