Article 13.19.5: Violation of the procedure for placing information in the system for monitoring the formation, use and operation of road funds

1. Violation of the procedure, methods and time limits established by the legislation of the Russian Federation for placing information in the system for monitoring the formation and use of road funds (hereinafter: (i.e. the control system) or the provision of incomplete information, or the provision of incorrect information by a person who owns a public road of federal importance. is liable to an administrative fine of between 3,000 and 5,000 rubles for citizens; officials are between 20,000 and 30,000 rubles; legal persons are between five and five rubles for legal persons. 2. The same acts carried out by a person who owns a public road of regional or inter-municipal importance, are committed by a person of the same nature. To impose an administrative fine on citizens of between 2,000 and 3,000 roubles; on officials of between 10,000 and 15,000 roubles; on legal persons of between twenty-five thousand roubles 3. The same acts committed by a person who owns a public road of local importance or who owns a private public road — is subject to an administrative fine of between 1,000 and 2,000 rubles for citizens; officials are subject to between 2,000 and 3,000 rubles for legal purposes; 4. The repeated commission of an administrative offence provided for in paragraph 1 of this article is punishable by an administrative fine. Five thousand to ten thousand rubles for officials, fifty thousand to one hundred thousand rubles for officials, one hundred and fifty thousand to two hundred thousand rubles for legal entities. The commission of an administrative offence provided for in paragraph 2 of this article is punishable by an administrative fine of between 4,000 and 7,000 roubles; 6. Repeated commission of an administrative offence provided for in article 3 of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women. The article in question is punishable by an administrative fine of between three thousand and five thousand roubles for citizens; seven thousand five hundred and ten thousand roubles for officials; and ten thousand roubles for legal persons. 7. Infringement by the operator of the system of control of the procedure established by law of the Russian Federation for the operation of the control system — 8. Re-offending of the administrative offence provided for in article 7 This article imposes an administrative fine of between twenty-five thousand and fifty thousand rubles on officials.
