Article 13.27.1. Violations of the requirement for the installation of information systems technology in the territory of the Russian Federation

Violation of the requirement for the installation in the territory of the Russian Federation of technical means of information systems used by State bodies and local self-government bodies public and municipal unitary enterprises or public and municipal institutions shall impose an administrative fine of three thousand on officials. Up to 5,000 rubles; for legal persons, between 30,000 and 50,000 rubles.
