1. The repeated commission of an administrative offence provided for in paragraph 3 of this article is punishable by an administrative fine of between 5,000 and 10,000 p.e. For officials, between 20,000 and 40,000 rubles; for individual entrepreneurs, between 60,000 and 100,000 rubles; for legal persons, between six hundred thousand and one. 1. For the administrative offences provided for in this article, persons engaged in business activities without the establishment of a legal person shall be liable to hell. 2. An official who is a member of the 1nd and 2nd sections of this article and who is a member of 13.42.1 of this Code shall be understood as a person who is permanently, temporarily or under a special arrangement.
