Article 14.16.1. Violations of the prohibition of the sale of non-alcoholic tonics (including energy) to minors

Sale of an underage non-alcoholic tonic (including energy) is punishable by an administrative fine of between 30,000 and 50,000. For officials, between 100,000 and 200,000 rubles; for legal persons, between 300 thousand and 500 thousand rubles.
