Article 14.25.1. Violations by a legal entity of the duty to establish and report information on its beneficial owners

Failure by a legal entity to establish, update, store and report on its beneficial owners or on the steps taken to establish its bei Non-official owners of information defined by the legislation of the Russian Federation shall, at the request of the authorized authority or tax authorities, impose an administrative fine on officials x persons of between 30,000 and 40,000 rubles or disqualification for a period of up to one year; for legal persons between 100,000 and 500,000 rubles.
