Article 14.4.3: Illegal implementation of tickets, tickets and guided tours for performing arts organizations and museums

1. Implementation by persons of the Russian Federation of Act No. 3612-I of 9 October 1992 on basic legislation on culture by persons other than those mentioned in article 52.1, paragraphs 4 and 5, Flights, subscriptions and guided tours for performing arts organizations and museums (except for the one-time sale by a citizen of his or her acquired for the for personal use of a ticket, a ticket or a tour trip at a price not exceeding the price specified on the ticket, a ticket or a tour trip) — entails the imposition of an administrative unit For citizens, from one and a half times to two times the price indicated on the ticket, ticket or guided tour which was the subject of an administrative offence; for officials, from Twice to three times the price indicated on the ticket, ticket or tour trip which was the subject of an administrative offence; for persons engaged in business activities without the establishment of a legal person, from three to five times the price indicated on the ticket, ticket or tour which was the subject of an administrative offence; 2.
