Article 14.4 Sale of goods, execution of works or provision of services to the population of inadequate quality or in violation of the requirements of Russian legislation

1. Re-offending of the administrative offence provided for in article 14, paragraph 1, of the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment. in part 1 of this article, shall impose an administrative fine on citizens of between 2,000 and 5,000 roubles; on officials of between 7,000 and 15,000 roubles; or disqualification for up to one year; for persons engaged in business activities without the establishment of a legal person, between 15,000 and 30,000 rubles, subject to confiscation In the case of legal persons, between 30,000 and 50,000 roubles with or without the confiscation of the items of the administrative offence.
