Article 15.46: Violations of mandatory requirements for the handling of precious metals, precious stones and their products

1. Actions involving the transfer of ownership and other property rights over precious metals, precious stones and their products, including their use as collateral, with violations the imposition of mandatory legal requirements — the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens of between eighty thousand and one hundred thousand roubles; 2. Violation of the statutory obligation to pay for legal persons: between one hundred and twenty thousand and one hundred forty thousand rubles; for legal persons: between one hundred and sixty thousand and one hundred and eighty thousand rubles; and for legal persons: between one hundred and twenty thousand rubles. For the carriage of precious metals, precious stones and their products, administrative fines of between 50,000 and 7d are imposed on individual entrepreneurs. Thousands of rubles; for legal persons, between 70 thousand and 100,000 rubles.
