Article 16.20 Illegal use or disposal of conditionally released or seized goods

Use, transfer, sale or otherwise disposition of conditionally released goods in violation of established prohibitions and (or ) restrictions on the use and disposal of such goods, except in the cases provided for in article 16.19, paragraph 2, of the present Code, shall impose an administrative fine on citizens in p. Azmeré from one thousand five hundred to two thousand five hundred rubles; for officials from ten thousand to twenty thousand rubles; for legal persons from one second to two times the value of the goods 2. Use of the goods in which they were carried out The administration of customs controls is subject to arrest, without the authorization of the customs authority and (or) the transfer of such goods to other persons, their disposal or other disposition, which entails the imposition of a penalty on the Administering Minister. A fine of between 5,000 and 10,000 rubles for officials; a fine of between 10,000 and 30,000 rubles for legal entities.
