Article 16.5 Violations of the customs control zone

Movement of goods and (or) vehicles or persons, including officials of public authorities, with the exception of customs officials, across the border of the customs control zone and whether, within its scope, or the carrying out of production or other economic activity without the authorization of the Customs authority, if such authorization is mandatory, carries with it a warning or imposition of hell A ministerial fine of between 300 and 500 roubles for citizens; 500 to 1,000 roubles for officials; and 5,000 to 10,000 roubles for legal entities.
