Article 16.8: Harbour to a vessel or other floating equipment under Customs control

Cruising to a vessel or other floating equipment under Customs control, except if it is permitted, shall trigger a warning or adm Indirect fine of between 500 and 1,000 rubles for citizens; for officials between 1,000 and 2,000 rubles; for legal persons between 10,000 and 20,000 rubles.
