Article 17.3 Failure to comply with an order issued by a judge or bailiff to ensure the prescribed procedure for the operation of the courts

Reoffending an administrative offence, presupposing an administrative penalty of between 1,000 and 3,000 rubles. 1 or 2 of this article is punishable by an administrative fine of between 3,000 and 5,000 rubles or an administrative arrest for a period of up to 15 days.
