Article 19.17: Illicit removal of a document certifying the identity of a citizen (passport) or acceptance of a document certifying the identity of a citizen (passport) on bail

1. The unlawful removal by an official of a document certifying the identity of a citizen (passport) carries an administrative fine of between 100 and 300 roubles. The person certifying the identity of the citizen (passport) shall be liable to a warning or an administrative fine of 100 roubles on bail.
