Article 19.22: Violations of the regulations governing the State registration of vehicles of all types, mechanisms and installations

1. Violation of the regulations governing the State registration of vehicles of all types (except construction vessels, sea-river vessels, inland navigation vessels, Small craft), mechanisms and installations, if registration is compulsory, shall incur an administrative fine of between one thousand and five hundred and two thousand roubles; n 2. Violation of the regulations governing the State registration of ships under construction and sea-going vessels. Inland navigation vessels, including small craft, and the rights thereto, or the failure of the owner or charterer of the vessel concerned to comply with the requirements of the Agreement. The period of State registration of a ship in one of the registers of the Russian Federation ' s courts, if such a period is established, or the duties of an information service, as provided for in Russian legislation by the authority that carried out the State registration of the vessel, on the amendment of the information to be entered in the register of the courts of the Russian Federation, is punishable by an administrative fine against citizens. From one thousand five hundred to two thousand rubles; for officials from three thousand to four thousand rubles; for legal persons from thirty thousand to forty thousand rubles.
