Article 19.24: Non-compliance with administrative restrictions and non-compliance with administrative oversight duties

1. Non-compliance by a person subject to administrative supervision, administrative restrictions or restrictions imposed by a court in accordance with federal law, if any No criminal offence (inaction) is imposed — an administrative fine of between 1,000 and 1,000 500 rubles or an administrative arrest for a period of two years. 2. Failure by a person subject to administrative supervision to comply with the obligations laid down by federal law if the act (inaction) does not contain an angle 3. Re-offending within one year of the commission of an administrative offence, with a penalty of between 500 and 1,000 rubles. The offence referred to in paragraph 1 of this article, if the act (inaction) does not constitute a criminal offence, entails mandatory work for up to forty hours or an administrative officer. (a) Explicit arrest for a period of between 10 and 15 days or imposition of an administrative fine on persons who may not be subject to compulsory labour under this Code; or An administrative arrest in the amount of between 2,000 and 2,000 500 rubles.
