Article 19.7.5-1: Infringement by a legal person or an individual entrepreneur of the established procedure for notification of the commencement of business activities

1. Failure by a legal person or an individual entrepreneur to notify the commencement of business activities or to carry out business activities by the said persons In the case of a pre-trial offence, the right to be informed of the commencement of business activities (except in the cases provided for in article 14.1.2, paragraph 1, of the present Code) shall not be given notice of the commencement of business activities (except in the cases provided for in article 14.1.2, paragraph 1, of the present Code). Such notification is mandatory, punishable by an administrative fine of between 7,000 and 12,000 roubles for officials; and 20 for legal persons. 2. Notification by a legal person or an individual entrepreneur of the commencement of business activities containing Inaccuracy, where such notification is mandatory, or failure to report changes in the notice of commencement of business to the authorized State control body (oversight) if the communication of such information is mandatory and is carried out by the legal entity itself or by the individual prior to by the host, is liable to an administrative fine of between 7,000 and 12,000 rubles for officials; and to between twenty-four thousand and forty-eight thousand for legal persons. 3. The repeated commission of an administrative offence provided for in paragraph 1 or 2 of this article shall be punishable by an administrative fine of 15 or more times the amount of the penalty imposed on officials. Thousands to twenty-five thousand rubles; for legal persons, from fifty thousand to sixty thousand rubles.
