Intoxication of minors under the age of 16 or consumption or consumption of alcohol and alcohol or psychotropic substances without the appointment of a doctor, new potentially dangerous psychoactive substances or drug-addictive substances — shall be subject to an administrative fine against parents or other lawful substances. The number of child offenders is between one thousand and five hundred and two thousand rubles.
